By accessing or using Floor Command ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Floor Command is a business management software designed for flooring businesses. The Service includes job management, customer tracking, team management, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 18 years of age
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial period:

Continued access requires a paid subscription
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
Prices may change with 30 days notice
Refunds are provided as per our refund policy

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Upload malicious code or content
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Floor Command and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Floor Command shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
